Joel Theut

Joel Theut currently serves as the Chief Technical and Operations Officer at Forsee Power since October 2023, overseeing global operations, R&D, innovation, procurement, supply chain, projects, programs, quality, and health and safety. Prior to this role, Joel held various leadership positions at Webasto Group from January 2019 to October 2023, including Vice President Operations and Vice President Quality & HSE - APAC, where responsibilities included driving regional growth, operational performance, and implementing cultural changes across multiple areas. Joel also served as Chief Technical Officer at WEBASTO DONGHEE CO. LTD. from March 2017 to January 2019, managing R&D and corporate quality while advocating for the interests of German shareholders on the board of a Korean joint venture. Earlier in Joel's career at Webasto Group, significant achievements included serving as Plant General Manager and Director of Program Management Global OEMs, contributing to unprecedented growth and successful expansion initiatives. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
