Rémi Fusté

Rémi Fusté serves as the After-Sales & Customer Satisfaction Vice President at Forsee Power since July 2023. Previously, Rémi held the position of Global After-Sales Engineering Director at Groupe Renault from September 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing and implementing after-sales engineering strategies, managing vehicle project developments, and ensuring compliance with after-sales regulations. Before that, Rémi spent 17 years at Renault in various roles, culminating in the position of After-Sales Quality & Total Customer Satisfaction General Manager, overseeing the quality assurance and satisfaction initiatives for the After-Sales business unit. Rémi's earlier career includes consultancy roles at Altran and Steria, along with engineering experience at CIATEQ. Educational qualifications include a General Management Program from CEDEP and engineering degrees from INSA Lyon in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science.
