Christina Ofstad currently serves as an Organisasjonskonsulent at Forskerforbundet since August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Jobbspesialist at NAV from May 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities involved supporting 17 candidates in their job search processes through close collaboration with local businesses.
