Adam Janes is an experienced professional in customer experience consulting, currently serving as a Senior CX Consultant and previously as a Senior Customer Success Consultant at Qualtrics since January 2019. Prior to this role, Adam held various leadership positions at Rant & Rave from March 2015 to January 2019, including Head of CX Consulting, Head of CX Programmes, and Head of Accounts. Adam's earlier career at InMoment spanned from October 2012 to March 2015, where roles included Account Director and Account Manager. Before that, Adam worked at Waterstones from November 2007 to September 2012, serving as Customer Experience Manager, Operations Project Manager, and Internal Communications Advisor. Adam holds a Master of Arts in Modern Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from the University of Kent.
