Alvin Brattli

Alvin Brattli is a Senior Scientist at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment since April 2004, specializing in electro-optics and image analysis. Prior to this role, Alvin served as a Senior Scientist at the Norwegian Meteorological Institute from September 2001 to April 2004, focusing on the assimilation of satellite data into a numerical ocean wave model and software development. Alvin's academic background includes a Doctorate in Physics from the University of Tromsø, completed in 2001, and earlier degrees in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from the same institution, obtained between 1990 and 1996.
