Kostia Turcheniuk is a highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in battery research and development, particularly in the field of electrolytes and solid-state batteries. From June 2020 to May 2022, Kostia served as the Principal Managing Scientist for Battery R&D at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc., leading projects in cell prototyping and supply chain management, while also holding the role of Senior Staff Scientist focused on electrolyte innovation and technical leadership. Prior to this, Kostia worked as a Research Scientist at the Georgia Institute of Technology, conducting experimental research on solid-state electrolytes and lithium and sodium-ion batteries. Kostia's academic background includes a PhD in Organometallic Chemistry and a dedication to advanced materials through various postdoctoral positions at respected institutions, including Missouri University of Science and Technology and Université de Lille.
