Morten Rousing

Morten Rousing is an experienced leader in facility and logistics management within the defense sector. Currently serving as Chef Etablissementspartnersektionen at Forsvarsministeriets Ejendomsstyrelse since April 2021, Morten oversees facility management operations in the Armed Forces, focusing on business and organizational development as well as leadership and cultural creation. Previously, Morten held positions such as Chef Kapacitetsudvikling at Forsvarets Vedligeholdelsestjeneste and COO at the Danish Defence Maintenance Agency, where responsibilities included digitalization, technology development, and logistics management. Earlier roles include Fraud Prevention Manager at the United Nations and Head of Logistics Branch at the Danish Army. Morten possesses a Master’s in Strategic Military Studies from the Royal Danish Defence College and an Executive MBA in Management of Technology from Aalborg University.
