Roheel Ahmad has a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Roheel co-founded Forsyth Barnes and FB Consultancy, both companies focused on disrupting the recruitment industry and providing tailored talent solutions to businesses. At Forsyth Barnes, they served as the Managing Partner & Co-Founder, both globally and in the USA. Their role involved blending relationship building with investments in AI and technology to attract talent.

At FB Consultancy, Roheel Ahmad was a Co-Founder and led the organization in supporting organizations with technical projects and programs. They delivered fully amalgamated teams of specialists and created tailored solutions. Roheel also worked on major projects, including IT refreshes, SAP implementation, and finance transformation. Additionally, FB Consultancy provided a network of senior interim consultants, program director associates, and the capability to deliver quality at speed.

Roheel Ahmad also held a role as the Managing Partner & Co-Founder at PURPOSE - RPO, where they aimed to redefine the way talent is delivered to hyper-growth tech companies through tech-based solutions.

Earlier in their career, Roheel Ahmad worked at Maclean Moore Consulting as a Divisional Lead - Contract, specializing in senior appointments across the UK.
