Elliot Smith

Elliot Smith is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking, specifically in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital advisory. Currently serving as Associate Director of Investment Banking at Forsyth Barr Limited since June 2025, Elliot previously held the position of Vice President in Healthcare Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald from November 2021 to May 2025. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Antipodes Capital, focusing on M&A and capital advisory, as well as working as an Investment Associate at PGIM Private Capital with a focus on private credit investing. Elliot holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering and dual Bachelor of Commerce degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Canterbury, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
