Bryan Guinn

Bryan Guinn serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Fort Bend Independent School District since August 2015, having also held positions as Executive Director of Business and Finance and Director of Budget. In this role, Bryan provides technical leadership over financial operations, preparing annual budgets aligned with the district's mission and vision. Prior experience includes serving as Budget Officer for the City of Sugar Land, overseeing operating budgets and five-year forecasts, as well as various budget and IT management roles in the City of College Station and Bryan Texas Utilities. Bryan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Victoria and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
