Jingjing Clemence

Jingjing Clemence is an experienced professional currently serving as the Internal Audit & Financial Control Manager at Harris County Public Health since January 2023. In addition to this role, Jingjing is active in community engagement as a Community Outreach representative for Congressman Troy Nehls and as the Founder of the Clemence Youth Foundation, both positions held since 2021. Jingjing also contributes to Fort Bend ISD and the Fort Bend County Global Initiative as a board member, as well as holding a director role in public relations for the latter since 2016. Previous significant roles include a board member position with the Texas Judicial Compensation Commission, Chief of Global Strategy at Integrated Viral Protection, and Vice Chair of the Texas Real Estate Research and Advisory Committee. Jingjing's career in public service includes serving as Asian Community Outreach Director for Congressman Pete Olson and working in market intelligence at Enbridge. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Baker University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Anhui University of Finance and Economics.
