Jingjing Clemence is an experienced professional currently serving as the Internal Audit & Financial Control Manager at Harris County Public Health since January 2023. In addition to this role, Jingjing is active in community engagement as a Community Outreach representative for Congressman Troy Nehls and as the Founder of the Clemence Youth Foundation, both positions held since 2021.
