Kelley Lockaby

Kelley Lockaby joined Fort Capital in August 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager and was promoted to Property Manager in December 2022. She is responsible for tenant relations, making sure all day-to-day operations of their multiple Houston properties run smoothly, as well as initiating and managing future capital projects.

Kelley has 3+ years of experience in residential Property Management. She started her career with Hanover Company in Atlanta before moving to Fort Worth and now Houston to assist in the operations of Class A+ communities.
