Latisha Smith-Chase

Latisha Smith-Chase is the current Medical Director of Quality at Fort HealthCare. Latisha has been in this position since March of 2017. Prior to this, they were a consultant with Neuchromavision from January 2015 to December 2017. There, they provided primary care for adults. From July 2014 to January 2015, Latisha was an internist with Sound Physicians where they provided general medical care for skilled nursing facility patients. Fort HealthCare Wound & Edema Clinic was their previous employer before AMN StaffCare.

Latisha Smith-Chase is a medical doctor who attended Hahnemann University for their undergraduate and medical degrees. Latisha then went on to complete a certification in medical examiner of divers from the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society.

They work with Christine Chuppa - Chief of Staff, Jennifer Winter - Chief Medical Information Officer, and Chris Barron - Executive Director Population Health & Clinical Services. Latisha Smith-Chase reports to Mike Wallace, President & CEO.
