Nic Chiri has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Nic began their career in 2009 as an Admissions Counselor at Iowa Wesleyan University, where they managed recruitment strategies and made admission decisions based on strict guidelines. In 2010, they joined Gregory Concrete Construction as a Marketing Director and Foreman, where they successfully positioned the company as the best in service within a 100-mile radius through effective advertising and social media campaigns. Nic also introduced a successful repeat customer program, resulting in significant revenue growth.

Nic then worked as a Head Wrestling Coach at Winfield Community High School, where they trained and mentored a team of 21 wrestlers and produced successful district qualifiers and state placers. Nic also worked with parents and student-athletes on volunteer opportunities and team activities.

Following their coaching role, Nic joined Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. in 2013 as an Account Executive Corporate Relations. In this position, they managed corporate accounts and fostered relationships with clients.

In 2015, Nic transitioned into the construction industry, joining Carpenters local 1260 as a Journeyman. Nic gained hands-on experience in construction and worked on various projects as part of a crew.

In 2017, Nic moved on to Septagon Construction as a Construction Consultant, where they provided expert advice and guidance on construction projects. Finally, in 2019, they joined the Fort Madison Community School District as the Director of Operations, overseeing the operational aspects of the district.

Nic Chiri obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Iowa Wesleyan University between 2007 and 2009. During this time, they focused their studies on subjects that include Communication, Marketing, and Journalism, with a minor in English.
