Ryan Findlay

Ryan Findlay is a seasoned safety professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management. Currently serving as a Safety Advisor at Fort McKay Group of Companies LP since September 2024, Ryan previously held positions including Safety Supervisor and Advisor at Thompson Bros. (CONSTR.) LP, and Construction Coordinator/Field Safety Representative at A&B Rail Services Ltd. Notable past roles also include HSE Advisor with Tri Western Insulating and multiple positions at Brion Energy, where a strong focus was placed on safety culture, compliance, and effective incident management.
