Iresha Perera

Iresha Perera is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Fort Resorts since September 2024, Iresha has held key positions including Area Manager - People and Culture at Resplendent Ceylon and Human Resources Manager at Centara Ceysands Resort & Spa, Sun Siyam Pasikudah, and various other organizations. With a solid educational background, Iresha holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Kelaniya. Additional qualifications include a Diploma in Counseling Psychology and a Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
