Melody Barber

Melody Barber has extensive work experience, starting as a Branch Manager at Chase in 2005 and working there until 2013. Melody then joined Arvest Bank as a Human Resources Generalist from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, Melody worked at Bank of America, starting as a Branch Manager and later becoming a Consumer Banking Market Leader. In 2019, they joined Fort Sill Federal Credit Union as Vice President of Growth and Strategy, and in February 2020, they were promoted to the role of Chief of Growth and Strategy.

Melody Barber obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Southern Nazarene University in 2022. Melody then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management at the same university from 2023 to 2024. Before attending Southern Nazarene University, they studied Business Administration and Management at Cameron University from 2020 to 2022.
