Dr. Caroline Rosado

Dr. Caroline Rosado is an accomplished educator and operations manager with extensive experience in the field of education and leadership. Currently serving as an Elementary Educator at Fort Wayne Community Schools since July 2019 and as Operations Manager at Socialhart LLC since June 2021, Rosado previously held roles as a long-term substitute teacher and English tutor. Prior experience includes serving as an Art Program Coordinator, Fitness Supervisor, Marketing Intern, and copywriter for NASA Langley Research Center. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Liberty University and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from American College of Education, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Christopher Newport University.
