Valerie Berger

Valerie Berger currently serves as a Teacher of Physics at Fort Wayne Community Schools, a position held since June 2022, where responsibilities include teaching dual credit chemistry and physics in partnership with Purdue Fort Wayne. Prior experience includes serving as a Science Teacher at Angola High School from August 2017 to June 2022 and as a Science Educator at DeKalb High School from August 2006 to July 2017. Valerie's academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Creighton University and a Master of Arts in Science Education from the University of Iowa, with ongoing studies at Indiana Wesleyan University aimed to be completed by March 2025. Additional teaching experience includes roles as a Limited Term Lecturer at Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne and a part-time Instructor at Marian University Indianapolis.
