Courtney Sexton

Courtney Sexton is a skilled professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Sourcing Coordinator and previously as a Human Resources Coordinator at Fort Wayne Metals since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Behavior Therapist at Partners in Autism from October 2017 to June 2021, and as a Waterfront Manager at Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana during the summer of 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing lifeguards and ensuring camper safety. Other roles include serving as an ABA Behavior Technician at Centria Healthcare and a Research Assistant in forensic sciences through the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship. Courtney's early experience also includes working as support staff and boating instructor at Girl Scouts of Central Indiana. Courtney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Brain and Behavioral Sciences from Purdue University, completed in 2016.
