Joel Bauer

Joel Bauer is an experienced engineer with a background in manufacturing and operations management. Since August 2022, Joel has served as an Engineer for Fort Wayne Metals, following a tenure as Value Stream Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Reelcraft Industries, Inc. from August 2016 to June 2022. Prior roles include Operations General Supervisor at Iotron Industries, Shift Manager at Android Industries, and Operations Supervisor at Logistics Insight Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for a 3PL provider. Additional experience includes a brief role as a Temporary Driver for FedEx Ground and serving as Site Director for Wildcat Recreation Association Inc. from June 2002 to August 2009. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Purdue University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
