Justin Schoenle

Justin Schoenle has worked at Fort Wayne Metals since 2006. Justin started as a Production Worker in June 2006 and transitioned to roles such as Designated Shift Leader and Nitinol Team Leader. Justin then worked as a Nitinol Associate Product Manager and Special Projects/Team Leader before becoming a Production Coordinator in August 2014. In September 2017, they were promoted to Assistant Plant Manager, and from January 2019 to January 2022, they served as the Plant Manager. Currently, Justin holds the position of Product Segment Director, Nitinol, starting in January 2022.

Justin Schoenle earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Technology, leadership & innovation from Purdue University in the years 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2009 and 2013.
