Lexi Reprogle

Lexi Reprogle has extensive experience in human resources and financial services, currently serving as a People Systems Analyst at Fort Wayne Metals since March 2019, where prior roles included Employee Resource Specialist, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator. Lexi's earlier career included a position as Processor at Ruoff Home Mortgage from November 2016 to March 2019 and various roles at Partners 1st Federal Credit Union from May 2012 to November 2016, including Mortgage Processor and Account Solutions Representative. Academically, Lexi earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2020 and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership Studies with a minor in Psychology from the same institution in 2018.
