Steven Davis

Steven Davis is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Fort Wayne Metals, where the focus is on modernizing the technology portfolio and aligning IT operations with business objectives. Previously, Steven held various senior IT leadership roles at BISSELL Homecare, Inc., including Vice President of IT and Digital Operations, and played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s IT program management office. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Director of IT Strategy and Architecture at Dana Holding Corporation, where enterprise architecture and strategic planning for global IT were prioritized. Steven's career began at American General Finance as a Branch Manager, managing full branch operations. Steven holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
