Shelly Miller, RN, BSN, MBA has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Shelly began their career as a Clinical Coordinator of Emergency Services at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in 1998 and moved on to become the Division Director of Emergency Services in 2002. From 2005 to 2008, Shelly served as the Executive Director of the Lutheran Musculoskeletal Center at the same hospital. In 2008, they joined The Orthopedic Hospital of Lutheran Health Network as the Chief Operating/Nursing Officer and later became the Chief Executive Officer in 2011. In 2012, Shelly joined Fort Wayne Orthopedics as the Chief Executive Officer, where they currently hold the position.

Shelly Miller, RN, BSN, MBA, completed their education at Indiana Wesleyan University and Purdue University. Shelly obtained their Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree from Purdue University in 1988. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2001 to 2003. Shelly furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Healthcare Specialization from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2005 and 2007, focusing their studies on business in the healthcare field.
