Michelle Swindle is a seasoned professional in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Information Technology, currently serving as the Senior Information Technology Solutions Manager for the City of Fort Worth since October 2018, overseeing the Project Management & Project Portfolio Offices. Previously, Michelle held roles including Information Technology Solutions Manager for GIS and Public Safety Applications, where key contributions included managing teams and leading the 2020 Council Redistricting Project. Experience spans various organizations, including Conduent, the City of Carrollton, and Trinetics International, where significant achievements involved establishing GIS teams, managing enterprise databases, and delivering critical GIS services. Michelle holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a focus on GIS from the University of North Texas.
