Prior roles include Deputy Director of Business Applications and Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications at Pantex Plant from August 2011 to July 2023, and Lead Software Architect/IT Project Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies from September 2002 to September 2011. Earlier career highlights include positions at Capgemini as Principal Consultant/Technical Project Manager and at Corporate Systems as Engagement Manager/Lead Software Consultant. Sridhar also has a track record of leadership in several organizations, including IBM and Ernst & Young. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University, a Master of Technology in Engineering Design from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering from Andhra University.
