Nurul Aini Mohd Hisan

Nurul Aini Mohd Hisan is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Manager of IT Solutions at Telekom Malaysia since October 2024. Previously, Nurul held the position of Assistant Manager in IT Operation at TM One from December 2016 to September 2025, where responsibilities included providing second-level IT support for the VADS Marketplace portal, involvement in application development, and managing Microsoft 365 for external customers. Prior to this, Nurul participated in the SL1M/Young Executive Scheme at UEM Group Berhad, focusing on End-User Computing support, and completed internships at HeiTech Padu Berhad and Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya, gaining valuable experience in application development and database management. Academically, Nurul holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, where earlier studies also culminated in a Diploma in Computer Science.
