Thomas Clarke has over 28 years of professional experience in a variety of roles. Thomas began their career in 1991 as an Army Officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. In 1997, they joined General Electric as a Senior Account Manager, where they were responsible for gaining market share, increasing margins, expanding volume, and assisting in the development of new products. In 2001, they moved to Federal-Mogul as a Sales Manager, Heavy Duty Truck and Bus, where they represented visibility products for the parent corporation. In 2004, they became an Assistant Professor of Military Science at Youngstown State University, where they instructed undergraduate future military officers on areas associated with leadership, military science, organizational systems, military art and history, and current operations. In 2006, they joined Task Force Marshall as a Training and Operations Officer, where they were responsible for the complexity, uncertainty, and intensity of current operations combined with requirements to coordinate with the vast number of other organizations and units. In 2007, they joined the US Army Europe as a Director of Strategic Communication and Battalion Commander. In 2011, they became a Product Manager at Ellwood National Forge. In 2017, they joined FORTA Concrete Fiber as a Director of Business Development and Director of Military Projects. Thomas also held a Director of Military Projects role at Forta in the same year.

Thomas Clarke attended Boston University to study Business, Carnegie Mellon University to obtain a Certificate in Metallurgy, and the United States Military Academy at West Point to earn a BS in Math, Science, and Engineering.
