Cynthia Nokes has a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry. Cynthia began their career in 2009 at Newbold Advisors as a Senior Underwriter, where they evaluated credit histories, financial status, and employment histories of mortgage loan files and ensured compliance with federal agencies. In 2011, they moved to Randstad Staffing as a Senior Underwriter-Contract, where they underwrote loans efficiently, effectively, and within mortgage lending policy. In 2013, they joined Fortace, LLC as an Underwriting Manager Audit Services, where they managed a team of 35+ consulting agents and built and retained business relationships with investors, servicers, and Overflow unit. Cynthia also accurately compiled, analyzed, prepared, and presented daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Cynthia Nokes obtained their Certification in Business Management from Durham Nixon Clay Business College in the field of Business. Additionally, they obtained a Notary for the State of Texas - Certified Signing Agent certification in August 2007.
