Frank Sillman has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Frank began their career in 1986 as a Senior Vice President at American Express Shearson Lehman Mortgage, where they managed the Secondary Marketing activities, Treasury department, and a $500,000,000 Warehouse Lending business. In 1992, they moved to TCM/AHC Mortgage, where they managed the retail mortgage banking loan production and secondary marketing, growing the business from an unprofitable Mortgage Brokerage model to a profitable Mortgage Banking model. In 1997, they joined Indymac Bank as an Executive Vice President, managing various departments and divisions of the Mortgage Banking business. In 2008, they co-founded Fortace, LLC, a Residential Mortgage Re-Underwriting, Expert Witness & Consulting firm. Frank actively manages the firm and developed a proprietary workflow system (FAS) and cutting edge e-Discovery document management system.
Frank Sillman obtained their High School diploma from El Camino Real High School in 1981, having attended from 1977. Frank then went on to pursue a Bachelors in Psychology from UC San Diego, which they completed in 1986.
