Poornima Christopher has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Poornima started their career at Cushman & Wakefield as an Operations Support from June 2009 to December 2009. Poornima then moved on to JLL as an Operations Support from April 2010 to October 2011. Poornima then joined Gardiner & Theobald LLP as a People Success Manager from October 2011 to August 2018. Their most recent role is at Fortanix, where they are currently serving as the Head of People Success from February 2019.

Poornima Christopher graduated from SMU in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Currently, they are pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
