Barbara Hilgert

Barbara Hilgert is an experienced project manager and agile coach with a strong background in education, career consulting, and the implementation of artificial intelligence in business practices. Currently serving as Projektleitung for the "Vereinbarkeit 4.0" project at Fortbildungsakademie der Wirtschaft (FAW) gGmbH, Barbara also manages the KomKI project focused on developing AI competencies for small and medium enterprises. Additional roles include project management at GfZ and freelance consulting with Appen, alongside training in agile project management for MINT graduates at the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg. Educational involvement includes pro bono efforts with Netzwerk Bildungsinitiativen and WOL4Education, aimed at promoting networking and digital collaboration among educators. Barbara holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Freie Universität Berlin.
