Luisa Mertens

Luisa Mertens is an experienced professional in social management and project leadership, currently serving as the Project Leader for Flood Relief at Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. since September 2021. Prior to this, Luisa managed coworking spaces at DIGITALHUB.DE from March 2020 to September 2021 and worked as a Student Assistant in the Administration and Finance department at CARE Deutschland e.V. in 2019. Additionally, Luisa contributed to the organization through a bachelor's thesis focusing on optimizing newsletter email campaigns. Luisa holds a Master's degree in Social Management from DIPLOMA University of Applied Sciences, expected in December 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Social Management from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz. Luisa also completed a semester abroad in Business Administration at Universitat Jaume I.
