Maria Unde Westerberg

Maria Unde Westerberg is an accomplished project leader and change leader currently working at Frontit since December 2024. As the founder and CEO of Within Reach AB, Maria specializes in facilitating various travel experiences, focusing on making change less daunting and simplifying complexity. Previously, Maria served as a Senior Consulting Associate at Xeeda, where contributions included process support and digitalization efforts in municipalities and authorities. Additional roles include project leader positions at the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency and experience with multiple organizations such as Railtic and Hyresgästföreningen. Maria holds a Master of Business Administration from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and has engaged in various educational programs, further enhancing expertise in leadership and communication.
