In 2017 to 2018, Karisa attended IE Business School and obtained a Global MBA degree with a focus on business administration.
Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, Karisa attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. The degree encompassed two majors - Consumer Affairs and Spanish Language and Hispanic Studies.
In 2010, Karisa also participated in a Study Abroad program at The Centro Granadí de Español (CEGRI), where the focus was on Spanish Language and Literature.
