Rithika Ravula

Rithika Ravula has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 2023, they worked as a Corporate Banking Summer Analyst at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to that, in 2022, they served as a Finance Co-Op at Ethicon, Inc. In 2021, Rithika held multiple positions including Cohort Member at IvyLine Capital Group and Director of Marketing at PURE - People for Urban and Rural Education. Rithika also worked as a Peer Mentor for Entrepreneurship & Innovation LLC at Rutgers Office of Residence Life and as a Research Associate at Sylva. Additionally, they participated in various programs such as Forte Fast Track to Finance and Forté's Undergraduate Leadership Summit organized by Forte Foundation. Rithika was also a Product Management Fellow at Blueprint, a BNY Mellon Student Fellow at Enactus United States, and a Growth Marketing Intern at FAYD.

Rithika Ravula began their education at South Brunswick High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2016 to 2020. Following this, they enrolled at Rutgers Business School, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Business Analytics and Information Technology (BAIT). Rithika's expected graduation year from Rutgers Business School is 2024. In addition to their formal education, Rithika has obtained certifications in Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP in April 2021 and in Excel for Corporate Finance Professionals from LinkedIn in April 2021.
