Wendy Dukes

Wendy Dukes, MBA, CPC is an experienced leader in business education and diversity initiatives, currently serving as the Director of MBA Programs at Forté Foundation since November 2021, focusing on empowering women through business education and professional development. Previously, Wendy held the position of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager at OneAmerica and served as Director of Corporate Stewardship and Alumni Engagement at Purdue University's Daniels School of Business. Additional experience includes roles at Management Leadership for Tomorrow as an MBA Prep Coach, and various marketing positions at Burt's Bees, Hanesbrands, and The Kraft Heinz Company. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and an MBA in Marketing from Michigan State University.
