Maria Morales

Maria Morales has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2013, they worked as a Rehabilitation Aide at Athletico, where they guided patients through prescribed treatments, performed clerical duties, and maintained patient records. From 2014 to 2018, Maria held the position of Director of Operations at NGSI Distribution, LLC, overseeing various responsibilities such as accounts payable and receivable, project management, and general HR duties. Maria then moved on to N Genius Solutions, Inc as a Director of Operations, where they continued to handle similar duties, including commercial project management and HR tasks. In 2016, Maria joined MTN Development, LLC as a Talent Manager and excelled in contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and logistical organization. In their most recent role at Forte Group, they served as Human Resources and later as the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Maria Morales completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College between 2008 and 2011. Maria then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago from 2012 to 2013.
