Vladimir Smirnov

Vladimir Smirnov is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in DevOps, engineering, and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Director of DevOps Engineering at Forte since July 2023, Vladimir implemented significant cost savings in cloud environments and led infrastructure optimization projects. Previously, as Head of DevOps and Security at Cred Protocol, key contributions included managing AI/ML workloads and establishing observability systems. At VMware, Vladimir built a diverse team and developed a robust platform for SaaS applications and SD-WAN. The tenure at AppDirect involved overseeing infrastructure for a major startup, achieving remarkable growth, while earlier roles included senior positions focusing on systems administration and network management. Vladimir holds an Associate's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from City College of San Francisco.
