Eileen Kollmorgen, CCXP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eileen is currently working as the Executive Director of Success Operations at CSG Forte since May 2022. Prior to this, they were a Client Business Executive at CSG International starting from August 2016.
Eileen has also worked at Journeys Matter, LLC, where they held the position of Customer Experience, Customer Success, Account Management Executive and Consultant from March 2015.
From 2014 to 2015, they served as the VP of Customer Success Management at IQNavigator, where they led the creation and management of the Customer Success Organization. Eileen was responsible for overseeing customer and partner engagement, success, retention, and revenue.
Before joining IQNavigator, Eileen held various roles at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, where they served as the VP of Procurement Services from March 2009 to October 2010. Eileen surpassed the savings objective and implemented a Procurement Center of Excellence for the organization.
At LexisNexis, Eileen has had multiple roles, including VP of Global Procurement from January 2006 to May 2008, and Senior Director of Global Supplier Management from June 2004 to December 2005. Eileen played a key role in developing and implementing a Global Procurement organization and achieved significant savings for the company.
Prior to LexisNexis, Eileen worked as the Director of Manufacturing Services from April 2000 to April 2004 and as the Purchasing and Outsourcing Manager from January 1998 to April 2000 at a LexisNexis subsidiary.
Eileen Kollmorgen, CCXP, attended the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Customer Experience Professional from the Customer Experience Professionals Association.
