Jeanette Mbungo is an experienced executive in the payments industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at CSG Forte since May 2025. Earlier in career, Jeanette was a Senior Relationship Manager at Global Payments, managing high-profile accounts with significant annual credit card sales and cultivating lasting client partnerships. Jeanette began the professional journey as a Business Analyst at Global Payments Inc, focusing on accounting and settlement improvements. Academically, Jeanette holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a BBA in Finance from Makerere University.
