Angela Mu

Angela Mu currently serves as the Head of Upper School at Forte Preparatory Academy Charter School, where responsibilities have also included roles as Assistant Principal and Art Department Chair since August 2017. With prior experience as a Music Teacher for grades 5-8 at the NYC Department of Education and an Academic Tutor at Amber Charter Schools, Angela Mu has extensive expertise in providing individualized support and differentiated learning strategies. Angela Mu's background also includes coaching as a Group Vocal Coach for City at Peace-National and an internship with Warner Music Group, supplemented by earlier positions in retail and beauty services. Angela Mu holds a Master of Arts in Music Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Hunter College.
