Ryan Neary

Ryan Neary currently serves as the Senior Math Content Chair at Forte Preparatory Academy Charter School since August 2019, leading professional development sessions and providing feedback to math teachers while revising exams for grades 5-8 and high school algebra courses. Ryan previously held the role of Director of Math at Bold Charter School, where a focus on investigative learning was emphasized for grades K-4. A significant part of Ryan's experience includes serving as an Education Manager and Math Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools, demonstrating a strong commitment to data-driven instructional strategies and academic support for students. Other notable roles include being an 8th Grade Math Teacher at Pioneer Charter School of Science and contributing to various educational programs, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from Boston University.
