Bianca Suciu

Bianca Suciu has a diverse work experience in the HR and recruitment field. Bianca started their career in 2014 as an HR Intern at Catalyst Solutions - Talent & Employer Branding, where they were involved in sourcing and screening candidates for technical and financial profiles. Bianca then joined Manpower as an IT Recruitment Researcher, where they handled tasks such as sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining the candidates database. In 2015, they joined Flow Human Capital as an IT Recruiter. Bianca is currently working at Fortech, where they have held roles as an HR Generalist & Lead and now as an HR Manager. Their responsibilities at Fortech include managing HR operations and overseeing recruitment processes.

Bianca obtained a Master's Degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Bucharest, starting in 2014 and ending in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the same university, starting in 2011 and finishing in 2014.

Additionally, Bianca has acquired several certifications, including a Train the Trainers certification from HUMANCO in January 2023, a Project Management Training certification from STAND FOR DEVELOPMENT in July 2022, a Coaching Skills Training certification from STAND FOR DEVELOPMENT in October 2021, and a Human Resources Management certification from The KPI Institute Romania in April 2019.

Furthermore, they have participated in various training programs and workshops. These include an Interview Workshop from Arthur Hunt Romania in November 2017, multiple courses from Coursera such as Foundations of Teaching for Learning, Coaching Teachers: Promoting Changes that Stick, and Crafting an Effective Writer: Tools of the Trade, all obtained between 2014 and 2015.
