Caroline - Jeanette Kaiser has a diverse work experience in various industries. Their longest tenure was at IBM, where they held multiple roles including Test Specialist, L2 Support Center Representative & Tester, Infrastructure Specialist - System Administration, Process Team Lead, and Application Maintenance & Support. Caroline - Jeanette started their career as a Travel Agency Associate at Club Reisen travel agency, and later worked as a Customer Support Agent at T-Mobile, where they provided support for telecommunications services, technical support for mobile devices, and back office operations.

Caroline - Jeanette Kaiser began their education in 2008 at "Johannes Honterus" High School in Brasov, where they received their Baccalaureate diploma in Natural Science in 2012. Caroline - Jeanette then went on to attend Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov from 2012 to 2016, earning their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Design and Engineering. Following this, Caroline - Jeanette Kaiser pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Ecodesign of Furniture at the same university from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are studying for a Doctor's Degree in Ingineria Sistemelor at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, starting from 2021.
