Cristina Ștefania Goia

Cristina Ștefania Goia began their work experience in 2018 as an HR & Communication Intern at Sonaca Aerospace Transylvania. From August 2018 onwards, they served as an HR Operations Representative at Fortech. In September 2021, they transitioned to the role of Employee Relations Representative at the same company. Currently, Cristina holds the position of Employee Relations Lead at Fortech starting from January 2022.

Cristina Ștefania Goia began their education at the "Avram Iancu" High School, where they obtained their Baccalaureate Degree in Philology with a specialization in Bilingual English. Cristina Ștefania attended this institution from 2010 to 2014.

After completing their high school education, Cristina went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences. Cristina Ștefania studied Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from 2014 to 2017.

Building upon their undergraduate studies, Cristina then pursued a Master's degree at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. Cristina Ștefania specialized in Human Resources and graduated from this program in 2019.
