Aditya Varma

Aditya Varma has a diverse range of work experience starting from 1993. Aditya began their career as a Sr Programmer Analyst at Quant Systems India, where they played a crucial role in setting up operations in India and selecting candidates for interviews. Aditya then worked at Bahwan Automotive Centre, Muscat, Oman as a Systems Executive, where they successfully converted the in-house service system into a multi-location compliant system and implemented a warranty tracking system. Aditya then joined Mastech//iGate as a Software Engineer, where they worked in various roles, including developer and project manager, in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, and retailing. Aditya also worked for companies like IBM Global/Avery Dennison, Staples, and Tree of Life during this time. At Tree of Life, Aditya worked as a Sr. Analyst and assumed the role of Project lead, implementing a data synchronization module. Aditya then joined Talbots as a Sr Analyst for a brief period before moving to Fortegra Financial, where they served as Manager IT. In this role, they helped solidify requirements, suggested solutions, and built work pipelines for internal and external customers.

Aditya Varma obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from Andhra University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Furthermore, Aditya pursued additional education in the field of Project Management, earning a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they acquired expertise in Project Management through a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from ScrumAlliance.org.
