Lesley Haak

Lesley Haak is an accomplished IT leader with over 20 years of experience in application delivery and business analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of IT Application Delivery at Independent Health since May 2010, Lesley is responsible for the comprehensive management of IT functions including business analysis, project management, and quality assurance. Previous roles encompass Director of IT Delivery Management and Assistant Director of IT Business Analysts at Independent Health, as well as IT Analyst at HealthNow New York Inc., where Lesley contributed to multi-million dollar projects and process improvements. Early career experience includes roles at ParMed Pharmaceuticals and Fiserv Lending Solutions, focusing on business analysis and project management. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Syracuse University.
