Bruce Westerman

Bruce Westerman's work experience includes various roles in the field of audit and information technology.

Bruce began their career as a Senior IT Auditor at Barnett Banks, Inc. in 1981 and stayed with the company until 1993.

From 1993 to 1996, they worked as a Senior Associate in the CAS division at Coopers & Lybrand.

In 1996, Bruce joined CitiStreet LLC as a Manager of Systems Security & Business Continuity and remained there until 2004.

Bruce then joined PwC, where they held several positions including Manager, Senior Manager, and Director in the Systems and Process Assurance department from 2004 to 2011.

Since 2011, they have been with Fortegra Financial, initially serving as the Director of IT Internal Audit before taking on the role of VP Internal Audit.

Bruce Westerman has gained extensive experience in internal auditing and IT internal auditing throughout their career.

Bruce Westerman attended the University of North Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology. Bruce studied at the university from 1984 to 1988.
